Refunds are subject to review by an MD. If an MD reviews your submission and does not prescribe medication, you will be issued a refund for the medication fee. Your funds will be available in your account within 1-7 business days of a refund being issued.
Interlude does not refund the fee paid for the medical consult.
Defective products must be reported within two weeks to be eligible for a replacement.
Interlude does not offer refunds for prescription medication.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your shipment, you must do so 2 days before your order is scheduled to ship. You can cancel or reschedule your order from your secure account at https://getinterlude.com/account.
