Refunds are subject to review by an MD. If an MD reviews your health profile and does not prescribe medication, you will be issued a refund of your initial 2-month supply. Your funds will be available in your account within 1-7 business days of a refund being issued.
Defective products must be reported within two weeks to be eligible for a replacement.
Interlude does not refund the fee paid for the medical consult.
Interlude does not offer refunds for prescription medication. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your refill order, you must do so 2 days before your refill is scheduled to ship. You can cancel or reschedule your order from your secure account at https://getinterlude.com/account.
